Your Reports Shouldn't Take Longer Than Your Meetings

Every organization has the same data problem: critical information scattered across 5-10 disconnected systems. Your team manually stitches it together into reports that are outdated by the time they're done.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many data sources can you connect?
There is no practical limit. Most of our implementations connect 5-12 data sources, including databases, SaaS platforms, spreadsheets, email inboxes, and file servers. If the data is accessible via API, database connection, file export, or even email attachment, we can pull it into the consolidation pipeline.
Does this replace our existing BI tools?
Not necessarily. If you already have Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, we can feed consolidated data into those tools so your existing dashboards get better data automatically. If you do not have BI tools, we build lightweight dashboards directly. The value is in the consolidation layer — getting all your data into one place, normalized and validated — not the visualization layer.
How do you handle data quality issues across sources?
Every consolidation pipeline includes a validation layer. We define matching rules for entities across systems (same customer, different IDs), flag inconsistencies between sources, and apply normalization rules. Data quality issues surface as alerts rather than silently corrupting your reports.
Can reports be generated on a schedule automatically?
Yes. Most clients configure daily, weekly, and monthly report generation. Reports are assembled automatically and delivered via email, shared drive, or dashboard. Board reports, daily field reports, P&L summaries — whatever your cadence, the system produces them without anyone manually pulling data.
What if our data sources change or we add new systems?
The consolidation layer is modular. Adding a new data source means adding a new connector, not rebuilding the pipeline. When you switch systems or add a new location, we add the connector and map the fields. Most new source integrations take 1-2 weeks, not months.
